Privacy Policy — SMS & Call Forwarding

Effective date: 15 June 2026
App: SMS & Call Forwarding (com.redirectly.app)

This policy explains what the SMS & Call Forwarding app ("the app", "we") does with your information. The app is local-first: most data never leaves your device.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not collect your messages, contacts, or call logs onto our servers.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display ads to non-Premium users. AdMob may collect and process data such as your advertising identifier, device information, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and AdMob data disclosure. Buying Premium or redeeming a voucher removes ads.

Premium & purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; we never receive your payment-card details. To grant, verify, or revoke Premium we may send your purchase receipt or voucher code, plus a random app-generated device identifier, to our validation server. This identifier is not your name, email, or phone number and is used only to manage your ad-free entitlement.

Data retention

Local data (rules, settings, Premium status) remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Entitlement records on our server are kept while your Premium is active and may be removed on request — see Data deletion below.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of data associated with the SMS & Call Forwarding app by Techsorbit at any time.

  1. Delete on-device data (immediate): uninstall the app, or open Settings → Apps → SMS & Call Forwarding → Storage & cache → Clear storage. This permanently removes all forwarding rules, phone numbers you entered, app settings, and your Premium/voucher status from the device.
  2. Reset advertising data: open Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
  3. Request deletion from us: email info@techsorbit.com with the subject "Data deletion request — SMS & Call Forwarding", including your purchase order ID (if you bought Premium) or app device ID if known. We complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: all locally stored data (rules, phone numbers, settings, Premium/voucher state) is removed as soon as you clear app storage or uninstall; any entitlement record we hold (a random app-generated device ID plus Premium/voucher status) is deleted on email request within 30 days.

What is kept: we do not collect your messages, contacts, or call logs, so there is nothing of that kind to delete on our side. In-app purchase/transaction records are held by Google Play in your Google account; we may retain minimal transaction records only where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, and only for the period required by law.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
